Poor Service, would never use again.

We have used this firm twice for conveyancing. The second time we used them there were two issues that arose.

1) There was an exit that went from an office next door and in to our house. At the time we viewed the property the exit had been blocked off for many years. The conveyancer mentioned this exit is in a throw away sentence at the end of an unrelated paragraph, but stated they didn't know the detail - if you have an issue let us know (the is the gist, not a quote). We did not know the detail either. One would expect a good conveyancer to investigate the matter to establish if it is in fact something their client should know more about and potentially be concerned about. Then advise their client. Instead, the approach of this firm is to not bother investigating and not putting their client in an informed position.

2) There was a joint maintenance and repair agreement in place. The conveyancer did not pick this up or mention it at all. This had lead to us having to pay significant costs to maintain the adjoining property.

All in all, the approach taken by this firm has lead to years of difficulties, cost and stress. I would strongly suggest people use a conveyancer who has a greater interest in the welfare of their client.
