These services are not cheap, but necessary if you want to make a successful claim. The service i received was excellent. I was kept well-informed of progress. My one and only minor gripe is that communications were not addressed to me by name, with just the case reference in the subject line of each email.

I have had a great experience with the Edwards Hoyle team.
I signed with them to recover an investment, which seamed to me a lost cause at that point. They were very straightforward about the procedure, how long it might take and their previous success stories. They kept me updated when progress has been made and I really felt like I was taken care of the whole time. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend.

My case was handled professionally, all enquiries were responded to quickly, and my case was settled within 10 months of application to E H with a full pay out from the fscs + interest - EH commission of 36%, which they were welcome to as I felt completely out of my depth approaching the fscs direct.
Very satisfied to have got 2 3rds of my money back which I never expected to see again.
