I was assigned Elliott Metcalf for the selling and buying of my property. It was all done very quick, about 8 weeks in all. Very professional, very patient and helpful. Always replied to my emails and answered my calls. Would use them again but plan to never move again!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!! Absolutely awful for my first time buying a house, would never ever recommend them. The solicitor that handled by case was extremely rude and nasty towards me, and would not keep me informed and often went months without doing any work on my case. Terrible service! My purchase completed 2 months ago and I have been contacted today saying they've lost the paperwork and the title deed hasn't been completed, and therefore the property isn't registered in my name yet. Ridiculous!!
