Really poor experience from the get go with important mail containing sensitive financial data wrongly addressed, aloof responses to what I felt were reasonable requests, complete denial of what were obviously wrong amounts of money, expensive and way too much time taken for something that should have been relatively straightforward. Totally regret using them in the first place and unhesitatingly happy to say go anywhere for your legal needs other than THW
