Brilliant service!

I contacted Cartmell Shepard for an issue with a neighbour dispute regarding property boundaries. I was initially concerned and nervous about the situation but after talking to Rob I felt reassured straight away about the case and what he was going to do. Rob was assertive and direct in his approach and as such the problem has been resolved.

I am really thankful to the Rob and Josie for helping me to feel heard, understood and reassured. And helping to resolve to this issue.

Delighted I walked through the door at Cartmell Shepherd

Having never had any experience with solicitors previously, I was out of my depth when I suddenly found I needed urgent family law advice. I choose Cartmell Shepherd initially based on the kindness of a receptionist who listened to my panic, calmed me down and pinpointed me in the correct direction. From that moment until now, I couldn't be more happy with the service I received at Cartmell Shepherd. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, in terms of their service, their fantastic legal brains, their personal touch - everything. In particular, my solicitor Jo and legal secretary, Angela B were beyond brilliant, a constant presence whenever I needed them - for any queries or just some reassurance. If I need any further legal advice, Cartmell Shepherd, and Jo and Angela, would be my first port of call - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Have just recently dealt with Kendra Winter at Brampton office following my father’s passing. She has been excellent throughout, keeping us well informed and guiding us compassionately through the Probate process. Emma Blamire at the Rosehill office has also expertly guided us through the transfer of property.

Elizabeth Crouch was the solicitor responsible for our interests in the sale of our small London leasehold flat. With a sitting tenant who was reluctant to leave, the sale was protracted and difficult. There were potential problems with the initial sale being arranged back-to-back with a sale by our purchaser, by auction, through a London agent. These problems were deftly handled by Elizabeth to our great relief. Her advice and initiative were greatly appreciated.

My claim was unsuccessful but that's not the fault of Cartmel Shepherd. This was my first use of a solicitor which I expected to be face to face. I only met two receptionists - perhaps that's the way things are done. These were th only people I spoke to as everything was then conducted by email. The advice given was accurate.
