Having recently sold my house, I found myself in a tricky situation with the property I wanted having multiple complications attached to the leasehold arrangement, management company transfer delays and ultimately being exposed to significant financial risks. Sophie Dobinson and the team at Arnison Heelis made sure I informed and advised at all times. Their advice definitely saved me from making a bad investment and their professionalism ensured I didn’t make any unwise decisions. Can’t thank them enough for being there for me at such an important time.

I bought my house through them, then five years later I need my passport etc certified, and they refused, "we dont do that" - ie it wont make enough money
