This house sale process was handled effieciently and smoothly.
Updates came via their App, emails, and phonecalls.
Info was clear and easy to understand, without legal jargon.

An exceptional experience

I want to share my thanks and appreciation to Charles French Newquay for going out of their way to help me in a recent property transaction. The entire team was responsive and cooperative, and applied a 'human' touch in all my dealings with them. I also want to personally thank Nancy Gasser for being effective, efficient and looking to find solutions thoughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recomment Charles French Newquay, and they'd be my first choice in future.

Brilliant service

I cannot recommend this firm enough. We dealt with Lisa Brewer & her paralegal Georgia Riley and they were amazing. The handled our case with professionalism and showed that they had our best interests at heart. You'll read all over Google bad reviews for solicitors relating to conveyancing but the truth of the industry is no property transaction is straight-forward and there will be bumps along the road 90% of the time, a good solicitor will navigate these and give solutions wherever possible, this is where Lisa excelled most, the sellers solicitor wasn't quite as pro-active as Lisa but she worked through everything in a timely manor and pushed to make sure we completed before our mortgage offer expiry date. The main point that sticks out to me is how well Lisa & Georgia work together, they compliment each other in such a way that you always feel as though you're in safe hands. If I could give Charles French more stars then I would!
