An excellent service from start to completion with Victoria. A difficult case with a non responsive Management Company that Victoria chased relentlessly. Fully updated throughout. Victoria went above and beyond on this case as I'm sure she would on all her cases.

I recently used Vaux Fletcher Solicitors to purchase our first home due to a recommendation from a friend to use Gary Johnson (now retired). I have to say I had an exceptional service and I would highly recommend them to anyone, they are cheaper than most Solicitors as I had several quotes and they definitely over deliver for what they charge. I got paired with Catherine Reed and we managed to get from offer accepted to completion in exactly 2 months, which is fast when a Lender is involved, it would have been faster I can imagine if it was a cash purchase but I’m not that rich unfortunately. I will use Vaux Fletcher Solicitors again for my residential and buy to let purchases in the future. Thank you.

I corrected invoices sent before exchange of contracts and final letters asking for feedback without enclosing the feedback form are just two of a number of disappointments from this solicitors.

Dealt with Victoria and the team for the sale of our property and purchase of our new home. The team was extremely professional and kept on top of everything throughout the process. The process was extended due to matters outside of our control, and Victoria got this back on track and through before the end of the stamp duty holiday. This allowed us to complete both the sale and purchase on the same day. They always had time for me on the phone and I felt like a priority. Very impressed with everyone we dealt with and would recommend to anyone for conveyancing.
