Extremely poor communication. Also being informed of actions taken only to discover later that this is untrue. Finally I became so frustrated with this solicitors lack of contact, in the end, I decided to deal directly with the property seller in order to get the sale completed.

Absolutely appalling service, communications and expensive. Wish I had chosen another lawyer.. ANY lawyer. Will never forget this travesty while I was in the depth of grief. Alloa office may be worse than Stirling..but the partner works in both I believe..definitely will be using someone else for conveyancing.

Could not get to speak to my lawyer even after dozen phone calls andmany letters! Cannot believe this firm is still in business! Had previously hired them for more contract type work..nothing complex with satisfactory results....but whilst bereaved Could not get estate etc sorted out without threats of Legal Complaints commission!! ..Sat on My MONEY for months!...Alloa branch may be worse than Stirling. BUT I cannot express strongly enough to avoid them like the plague!!

I recently sold and bought property using Jardine Donaldson as conveyancers. The price offered for this service was much lower than that of my estate agent's in-house conveyancers and the service I received from Carly MacDonough and her colleagues was first class. Highly recommended.
