I went to Nikki at Crs Law do probate work - and I'm very glad I did.
Nikki had completed a will for a relative in the past (and had dealt with him with real professionalism and dignity) but she had since moved on. After less than perfect dealings with her original practice I managed to track her down and arrange an appointment at CRS Law.
In a 60 minute meeting she has put our mind at rest as to how complex the estate would be. We engaged her and the whole thing was sorted out within 6 weeks!
No surprise that we'll be using CRS Law for all the conveyancing and legal dealings with the estate in the future!

Chris Rudd Solicitors: The Northern Legal Powerhouse
I searched for solicitors specialising in Force of Sale Court orders and found Chris Rudd Solicitors. Initially sceptical, I called them, and they suggested a 'Huddle Call' for £150 for half an hour with a solicitor. At first, I thought it was a scam to get me to spend £150, but I was desperate. They encouraged me to send in a list of questions I wanted to cover before the call.
Matthew Scanlon, one of the partners, called me at the scheduled time. Halfway through the call, I decided to stop it because he was so experienced and knowledgeable about my predicament and the solution. I decided to instruct them there and then, putting £1,000 on the account.
I had a sibling who refused to cooperate with the sale of our inherited house, and I desperately needed to access my half of the property due to financial difficulties. Chris Rudd Solicitors knew exactly what to do. They were so effective that after they sent the initial contact and agreement letters to my sibling, he started cooperating and emailed his acceptance to the solicitors. Now, everything is moving along nicely.
I can't express how much relief from stress and resentment this has brought me. If you are in a similar position, I highly recommend contacting these solicitors.

Amazing service from Chris. I needed help dealing with a commercial lease that Chris helped with and made me understand the wording of it and we all know contracts can be wordy and have words in there that we don't always understand.

I can honestly say my family and I were taken by suprise the lengths all the staff went to in making our situation bearable and then at the end obtaining results beyond our wildest dreams.
