The most efficient and proactive solicitor.
I've moved seven times so far and each time the entire conveyancing process took at least five months. I came across Chriss Rudd Solicitors by pure chance and I'm still amazed that they managed to complete my purchase in 6 WEEKS!
Yesterday I moved into my new house, thanks to Nadia Leandro who took care of my purchase and found solutions to the problems and did not delay the whole process, letting the problems solve themselves. I consider myself lucky to have found them.
Such an efficient and fast solicitor is hard to find.
