Great Company, So Professional!

We came to Stratfords by accident, thankfully! We had an unbelievably bad experience with previous lawyers when buying our home, and this lovely Company was recommended to us, to take over the process. They were amazing and Lauren Sumner was outstanding. She fought hard to obtain all necessary requirements from the Intervening lawyers so that we could exchange and complete on the date specified. She was so professional, knowledgeable, reassuringly kind and considerate to us that it was actually a blessing in disguise that we had to engage them. We are now going to use them as our family and business lawyers! Thank you all so much.

A solicitor that feels more like a partner ..... outstanding support

An outstanding solicitor.
What should have been a simple house sale has been turned into a nightmare by an unscrupulous estate agent that I would never have navigated successfully without the gold star partner that this company has proved itself to be.
Consummately professional, they have guided me through the minefield that house selling can be and Erin Lee, who has been my solicitor, has been unfaltering.
I have learned that not all parties required to transfer property ownership act in the best interests of the buyers and/or sellers so I remain thoroughly grateful and indebted to Erin and Stratford Solicitors for their help.
I recommend them whole heartedly and without reservation.

We decided to move house and used Stratford solicitors. Our point of contact was Alexandra Simon, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the move. She is professional friendly and very competent. Genuinely amazed how fast they worked

I used them in the Advice of Mortgage broker to buy a property. I was so pleased at the speed of everything they did. As I live nearby, I'd drop paperwork off sometimes on a Sunday evening, then I'd receive an email within 48 hours as they done what they could from their side. Very good communication with me and Mortgage brokers, always answered any questions with 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
