Failure To Provide (Drink Driving)
Firstly, I would like to take the time to thank Morton’s Solicitors for concluding my Drink Driving Case in exquisite fashion.
I was referred to Simon Morton via a Family Member of mine, whom has used the firm for several years and will continue to.
The years of experience that Simon exhibits makes lightwork of anything that he comes up against. I see how he works first hand and I have witnessed the work ethic that he does behind the scenes. When you don’t hear from Simon, it means that he is doing his due diligence in terms of making the best defence for his clients, in this instance, myself.
During my case that were ongoing, it was concluded in just under a year. This was due to the backlog of cases that were going to Trial, Queen’s Funeral, etc.
Simon uncovered various different avenues to combat any arguments against my defence and covered all basis. His skillset is elite in constructing me to understand which route we will take to achieve the best possible outcome.
In the Courtroom, Simon exemplified his confidence because I believed he knew what the outcome was going to be before it was conducted. The way he delivered our side of the argument with crisp precision, also fixing his tie (even though it didn’t need fixing) illustrated the level of competence this man portrays. He makes things look so easy but I learned that 30 years of his hard work has got him to this stage of proficiency, to make it appear so simple.
Aside from Simon’s credentials, he is a likeable person and very honest. I am more than happy with the outcome, but I’m even happier with the service.
The way I am speaking on Simon, you would think that he has told me what to say; however, he really is this good and I would recommend him to anyone seeking Legal Advice in ANYTHING due to his knowledge being widespread. It’s like he gets smarter with every case that he undertakes, which makes his clients the beneficiary.
forbid I encounter any Legal issues abroad, I’d want to fly him to wherever I may be.
