Hi, we've had 2 separate dealings with Cullimore Dutton over the past 12 months: purchase of some land behind our home & writing of wills. We had 2 completely different experiences. The will writing service was good and very efficient. We were impressed. We are still, however, waiting for the all the final confirmation/documentation from the solicitor on the Land Registry paperwork for our land purchase in October 2022. This seems to have taken a really, really long time. We have chased a couple of times with the solicitor as we weren't sure they had forgotten about it. The last time we chased (30.6.23) were were told we were next on the Land Registry list. I think customers shouldn't have to chase. I think we should get regular updates on outstanding issues.
