Great conveyancing service

Helen and her support were knowledgeable and helpful with a depth of knowledge that simple conveyancing agents might not have. Reasonably priced and clear communication throughout. Very patient with my regular contacts.

We sold & purchased a property using your services. Helen Jarvis supplied us exactly the support needed on both counts with no complication. We had contact and advice when required. When we met she was friendly but concise, overall a very nice person to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Good experience

Required probate initially for one parent but eventually probate was required for both. Had problems getting hold of original wills but this was dealt with eventually. Overall experience was good and any emails sent were swiftly replied to by Kim. We were kept up to date throughout and I would certainly recommend this company of solicitors. Just a point, on a couple of occasions there were no self-addressed envelopes enclosed in correspondence as promised which necessitated a journey over.

Excellent service

As older clients the availability to speak face to face or by telephone was very important. All queries were answered and we were always kept informed. Much prefer personal smaller firm that is easily accessible so that if needed we can just call in to sign paperwork or ask questions.

Wonderful professional services

The whole team at Fraser Dawbarns made the purchase and sale of my property very smoothly and professionally. They dealt with all issues quickly and efficiently and rode out the long ongoing issue with my last management company.
They made me feel valued and were most helpful throughout the whole process start to finish.

Excellent service

I have not had many dealings with Solicitors but when I have I have found them intimidating.
This was not the case with Kim Neal.
She was very approachable and made me feel confident in her knowledge.

About this branch

Description

Fraser Dawbarns LLP is one of the leading law firms serving West Norfolk and East Cambridgeshire with over 115 staff and offices based in Wisbech, King’s Lynn, Downham Market, March and Ely. We pride ourselves in delivering a professional service and giving our clients total peace of mind. Fraser Dawbarns LLP can trace its roots back to the Old Market in Wisbech when James Edward Fraser opened for business in 1842. The Dawbarn family opened for business in 1885 and the names of the two firms changed regularly thereafter as partners joined and then retired. Both firms were involved in mergers and takeovers of other local practices involving expansion into new locations. The latest name change took place in 2008, when Dawbarns Pearson merged with Frasers of March and Wisbech to become Fraser Dawbarns LLP. This was soon followed by the further merger of Fraser Dawbarns with Waterman Cheetham of Wisbech. In 2018, Fraser Dawbarns brought our services to a new location for the first time in many years with the opening of a modern office in the city of Ely. Our lawyers are specialists in commercial law, Wills and probate, agricultural law, divorce and family law, contentious probate, residential conveyancing, legal disputes, employment law and personal injury and they advise a wide range of clients across the region and the UK. In the 2019 edition of the Legal 500 directory (The Clients’ Guide to the UK Legal Profession), we are recommended for the following practice areas: Corporate and Commercial Debt Recovery Employment Personal Injury: Claimant Agriculture and Estates Contentious Trusts and Probate Family Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate Commercial Property
