Good experience
Required probate initially for one parent but eventually probate was required for both. Had problems getting hold of original wills but this was dealt with eventually. Overall experience was good and any emails sent were swiftly replied to by Kim. We were kept up to date throughout and I would certainly recommend this company of solicitors. Just a point, on a couple of occasions there were no self-addressed envelopes enclosed in correspondence as promised which necessitated a journey over.

Grant of Probate
Whilst dealing with my late mother's estate, it was explained to me the different ways of achieving Grant of Probate and I was guided to the more cost effective route.

Excellent service
Following the death of my husband, who did not leave a Will, I decided it was important for me to do so to avoid my daughters having problems when I die. The service I received was excellent. Kim was friendly and professional and made the process very simple. She made several suggestions which helped simplify the will.

Excellent service
I have not had many dealings with Solicitors but when I have I have found them intimidating.

Writing of new Wills
My husband and I needed new Wills writing to replace very old, outdated ones.
Kim was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and made it such an easy process. Everything was explained and in fact we ended up changing our initial thoughts during the first meeting. We were given lots of time to discuss all options and didn't fill under any time pressure to make our choices.
We highly recommend Kim and will work with her in future.
