Following the death of my wife, I thought I owed it to her and her children to have a review of the circumstances leading up to her passing. Bentley was recommended by the solicitors handling her estate as they did not deal with negligence claims. When I first sat down with Gwyn I brought in a timeline of events leading up to my wife's death not knowing if there was anything untoward as I have limited understanding of how the care system in this instance should work. Gwyn was straight forward with me from the beginning - it is a challenging topic and a difficult case, however if there was something not right with the care they could find out.

This is the first time (and hopefully the last) that I have had to make a personal injury claim. I first contacted the usual No Win, No Fee companies that advertise but just got the feeling I was only a number in the system. I was recommended Bentley's by a friend. I was looked after by Gwyn who showed genuine interest in what I had to say. He always, I believe gave me straight realistic advice on my claim, and kept me up to date on progress with my claim throughout (even when there was nothing new) regular updates let you know you are not forgotten even when nothing is happening. Communication from Gwyn is excellent, he always answers your calls, or gets back to you if he is unavailable and regular text messages again give you the sense of being valued. I have absolutely nothing but praise for the way I have been dealt with by Bentleys and would recommend them without question.
