Fantastic work on sale of residential property

James and the team at R&M are brilliant at what they do and made the sale of our property extremely smooth. They were able to sort out complicated issues related to the property and explained things so they were easy to understand. It was a great choice picking R&M for our property sale and I would highly recommend them.

Property transaction success

Andrea carried out the work in respect of the sale of our existing property and the purchase of the new one. The seller of the new property made things difficult for us and Andrea by taking it off the market, twice, then insisting on completion by the budget citing tax concerns. Andrea much to our relief pulled it all together with literally hours to spare ! To further complicate things we had looked into a bridging loan in case things did not work out on timings and he handled the extra work this threw into the mix, plus arranging some very sound advice on this subject. Very pleased with the service provided, and more reasonable cost than our Estate Agent !

James McCarville is a very honest, trustworthy, kind, caring and compassionate Solicitor. As one of the executors of my late Aunts estate, James was highly recommended. During all the restrictions of Covid he was able to access and complete all matters, and have a zoom meeting. James attention to detail was immaculate and easy to understand, as well as follow up instructions, the office was always at the end of the phone and emails were answered promptly. One of our heroes.
