Finding Rushford and McCarville Solicitors was like a breath of fresh air! I can't thank James McCarville and Andrea Di Ceglie enough for their wonderful Professional, Honest and Friendly Service. It took me a while to find decent solicitors that were straight forward in their advice and guidance in helping to manage matters for my elderly Mother in sorting out a Change of Name, Will and Lasting Power of Attorney all at once! It felt very daunting! But they made the whole experience easy and stress free, especially for my Mother that finds legal matters overwhelming. James really took his time helping with the Will and LPA and made her feel at ease and got her talking about her time growing up in Wales by the sea during the war time! Which she really enjoyed. Andrea was very efficient in helping with her change of name and kept things very simple. And helped label paperwork we needed to read and sign so things were very clear for us all. My Mother was really happy and felt safe in their hands as we all did. Great communication, clear advice and guidance and timely Response. I really couldn't fault them at all! My Sister, and I and Mum are so happy with them that we won't hesitate to use again in future and would highly recommend to anyone else who appreciates a more down to earth friendly approachable yet professional Solicitors that know their stuff without being stuffy!

Absolutely Fabulous
We used Andrea to purchase our new house and sell our previous property. I cannot rate his service any higher, he was absolutely fantastic throughout. He constantly kept us updated and communicated with us every day. Andrea is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he supported us so thoughtfully. I have already recommended Andrea and R&M to my parents who his is working with. Andrea works so tirelessly and so hard. Efficient and professional. Very respectful in all aspects.
Andrea was very professional and efficient yet warm friendly and welcoming, very respectful and listened to my needs and thoughts and opinions. He was very patient, tolerant and understanding. He did everything to address all my needs and issues and gave me very clear understanding, assurance and let me know exactly what the process was. He kept me updated in all instances which I truly appreciated. Andrea was prompt in responding to my e-mails and calls. Nothing was too much for Andrea. He was always present for me. House sale
