Never again

I feel as though they dropped the ball on my property conveyance. Initially I found out that they hadn't contacted the vendor solicitors for over a month from their first contact with them. Following this I tried to call and email but the solicitor dealing with the conveyance seemed to not want to speak to me, neither to respond. I decided to complain to their team about this and my case was given to a different solicitor in the firm.

When it was transferred over the newly appointed individual a few things made me uncomfortable. When they reassigned a new solicitor, I was requested to give an extremely large amount of information from my bank statements and identification which should have been done initially and in no way to the levels that I was requested.

Furthermore, they kept aside a cashback payment from the bank for the mortgage and it took me ages chasing it to have this paid. I also queried their excessive bills.

Throughout the process I found that these individuals would rather not handle my case it at all.

I also note that, I have never received a follow up from the complaint that I filed, even though I was informed, that I should hear from them within 8 weeks of their acknowledgement.
I would definitely not be coming back to these solicitors based on my experience with them.

Worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with

Worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. If you want a firm that takes your money then does nothing except makes excuses, these are your guys. Estimated £120k for a case that two others estimated as £30k - beware back loaded fees, which initially look reasonable then balloon astronomically.

Only because there’s no zero available

Awful, not even good enough to be awful…. just awful, awful, awful.
If given a choice of using this firm or a 3 year old next door, it’s a close call.
How is this firm still allowed to operate is beyond me.
Awful is really an understatement.

Local firm masquerading as London practice

Dealt with Curzon Green on a property matter. Made out to be a London firm based on one of their addresses but very much a local practice. Advice they gave out was poorly thought out, defensive and almost cost me my dream home. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wasted money

I just wanted to express what this firm has put me through since my last review. I received very nastyemails from Lee Silk and Paul Cray at Farrar's Chambers making very serious allegations against me denying my SAR. I had to report them both to the Police where the Police said it was clear what they were accusing me of was not true. They wished me luck in my legal case against Curzon Green and Joshua Hedgman. The fact I'm going through this by a firm whose all partners are copied in all my emails is totally unacceptable. They gang up on their previous clients, even seeing what their partner is doing. I really do not wish anyone else to be put through this, and as the Police agreed with me, I'm feeling bullied by Lee Silk, and this entire firm is supporting what I feel is his bullying

Bad experience

I chose Curzon Green to purchase my place because of its reviews. However, they were extremely slow almost never available and very unprofessional. I would have to call 4 or 5 times to get a call back a week or 2 later if I was lucky. My mortgage offer would have expired the week later and that was the only impetus for them to give me some sort of priority , took almost 6 months for a 1-bed flat. No idea why they have high ratings but my colleague also said he had a bad experience with them.

Avoid them at all costs

I have just reviewed the correspondence my dear friend received from this firm. R.Green subjected their client to a despicable behaviour such as threats, bullying and what one can only describe as blatant discrimination. All derogatory and destructive behaviour carried out against an extremely vulnerable person who is the only carer and provider for their closest ones. It is unforgivable that this scoundrel is even allowed to practise law. Another 'boys club' member who thinks he is above any common rules? He should have his licence immediately revoked. The damage that he caused to my dear friend cannot be restored. He must be stopped before he abuses his position again and subjects other ordinary people through the same ordeal. Avoid this firm at all costs. They should be immediately suspended from providing any services to anyone.

Avoid at all costs

I have just learnt about what this firm has done over the last few months and how many industry related guidelines they have disregarded or broken. They threaten their clients, exploit their lack of 'know how' and experience and continue to harass them without any consent or authorisation. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to experience what one has already gone through to date. Avoid this firm at all costs.

Worse Experience Ever

I have just learnt about and reviewed all issues that a dear friend of mine was going through over the last few months.

The unforgivable narcissistic and abusive behaviour was caused by one of their abhorrent solicitors (R.Green).

I simply cannot believe the ordeal this firm has subjected their unsuspecting victim to.

R.Green should have his licence immediately and indefinitely revoked!!!

Not only the victim was subjected to what I can only describe as a blatant discrimination and a clear violation of all possible legislative rules, but on top of that, this s......bag continues to harass and subject his victim to further distress by violating their right to be forgotten and disregarding their withdrawal of consent to contact.

I am completely disgusted how one in my view arrogant bully can even have the confidence to subject kindest person I know to such discrimination.

This person has the weight of the world on her shoulder by being the only provider and carer for her family and now this.

If he is confident enough to treat any of his customers like this, then how many times has he behaved the same way.

How many times has he threatened other people?
How many times has he succeeded in silencing them?
How many times has he subjected others to disrespect and such destructive behavioural patterns?

It is completely unforgivable for him to even assume that he is above the law and continue to harass people who want nothing to do with him.

R.Green - you think you are a such a tough guy by threatenin.g females and subjecting them to such an ordeal?

For anyone taking the time to verify their solicitors, avoid this firm at all costs!
They behave like an enemy and not a provider who could be ever taken seriously.

WILLS

We decided to seek services for Wills writing from Curzon Green Solicitors, having used their services earlier this year on another matter.

We are pleased with the service that we received from Vanessa Ruparel explaining how wills work and pointing out possible problems that we hadn't thought of. Vanessa was polite, professional and explained everything clearly and the entire process was quick and straightforward.
