This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They lure you in with false sense of assurance that they would be committed to serving you or being diligent. Instead, once they get you to agree to their contract, everything changes. The number of issues that had to be endured would take weeks if not months to fully describe. Honestly, like me you will probably have to deal with pretty much non existing compliance processes, zero professionalism and constant disrespectful comments filled with despicable attitude which makes you feel as this could be a complete joke. It is impossible to get any solution to your case especially from Sukhi B, even though you are THE paying customer. They are overpriced, neglectful and in my opinion completely in-competent or just plain lazy. Bunch of halfwits calling themselves solicitors that would not last a single day in any other self-respecting legal practise. Save your money, time and your sanity! Stay away at all costs. Our Solicitor Amrita was very professional friendly and explained things in such depth but with a clarity that novice like me could understand.

Amrita dealt with our sale as well as purchase.

The sale was straight forward, but the purchase was complicated for various reasons, but we were so impressed with her patience and tenacity.
Where I was ready to let something go to speed up the process Amrita would not cut corners and got the results she wanted.

Her "Report on Title" was 44 pages long but was explained in detail that was easily understood.
