I got into the unfortunate situation of receiving a second letter to prosecute (after Nathan had already got me off the first charge and I am came away with a fine and no court action). I was extremely worried and scared that as this was my second time, I would have no option other than to be prosecuted and get a criminal record. However, Nathan worked his magic and constructed a prompt response, outlining key points and character references to aid with my case. I could never have done this myself and Nathans expertise were vital in getting off a second charge and I would reccommend his professional services to anyone.

Nicola Maynard is a miracle worker. She was recommended to me by a fellow inmate. I was serving an EPP sentence and had been denied parole 5 years in a row. The odds were stacked against me but after instructing Nicola she managed to get me an hearing with the parole board and fought tooth and nail for my release. She went above and beyond and the way her legal mind works is amazing. She was incredibly patient and calm with both me and my partner during a very stressful time and I will never be able to thank her enough for giving me my life back. Nicola Maynard is the best prison law solicitor in this country.

Tom has been amazing, every stop of the way there was constant communication and explanation with regard to my case. Highly recommend Tom for his professionalism and willingness to answer the phone at any time to settle my mind and explain things.
Thankyou

From the initial contact with support staff, a great service. Put our minds at rest, listened and asked pertinent questions. Built a solid case and restored order to our lives. Averted a horrible situation brought on by an overzealous railway company chasing details of historical student railway card - a wining result within 3 days.! No penalty, no further action - case closed. Would highly recommend

Nathan provides an impeccable service, which allowed me to avoid a fine and a criminal record, and receive only a warning letter. He was calm, clear and gave an accurate picture of my chances of success. He also quickly clarified a lot of misconceptions I had regarding potential penalties, which greatly reassured me. And crucially, he drew on his deep knowledge and experience in this area, to inform me of the mitigating circumstances TFL are most receptive to, and in turn, the strongest parts of my case and which pieces of evidence we needed to provide and highlight. Without this insightful appraisal of the situation, I would not have responded to TFL anywhere near as effectively, and think I would most probably have been prosecuted. The process was remarkably efficient and speedy, and I received prompt responses throughout. The only reason I picked Nathan was because of the reviews on here, and I would urge you if you're reading to do the same - it's worth it.

I would highly recommend Kate Mcnab. She helped my husband draft and submit a representation to the DBS with a positive outcome. From our first meeting with her she listened attentively, was empathetic, and gave honest and pragmatic professional advice. Her knowledge and experience in this area was reassuring and her support throughout made the stressful process more manageable. We are very grateful to Kate and her team for the excellent service.

Stuart Matthews (Reeds Solicitors) was a great solicitor to deal with - he explained everything to me very clearly. He was great on the day of my interview and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
