Easy trouble free claim

No attention to detail or strong communication

They failed to look at attention to detail and that was probably why my case fell through and there was inconsistent communication from this law firm

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our handling of your claim, however we do not believe that your review is an accurate reflection. We had several barristers review your file and unfortunately they shared the opinion that your claim did not have realistic prospects of success. This goes above and beyond what most solicitors would do when working on a no win no fee basis. We do not feel that there was any lack of communication, we made it clear from the outset that your potential claim was problematic due to the lack of regulation in the area. We then attempted to contact you on multiple occasions to explain the barristers' opinions but you failed to respond to our emails or calls. We also advised you on the closing of your file that you could approach another firm of solicitors for a second opinion should you wish. I must point out that your claim was not lost, liability was firmly denied and we were unable to obtain After the Event Insurance. The risks were simply too high to continue given that the medical report that we would require to proceed would have cost in the region of £20k.

I had an accident in work and was advised by my union solicitor that the prospect of a successful claim was poor

Wolf Law is extremely supportive and helpful to myself and my son, who we suffered a car accident that wasn't our fault. Lyndsy was very understanding, kind and very professional in her support to us. Me and my son were very troubled, traumatic and in a huge amount of pain and stress due to our accident. But Lyndsy helped and supported us brilliantly, so thanks there Lyndsy.
