Poor communication and slow to proceed
Kathy James took over as executor of a relations will when the original solicitor was closed down.
The communication was challenging with numerous occasions where emails or voicemails weren’t responded to
The completion took an excessive length of time and needed several prompts and threats to report to the law society to achieve any response
Hugely disappointing experience I cannot recommend this solicitor
