Would 1000% reccomend!

As a first time buyer I didn’t know where to start with solicitors, and also had heard some horror stories! I got reccomended to Todd via my mortgage advisor and a few other recommendations from estate agents ect, I enquired with a few and Todd got back to me straight away he was thorough and kind and he explained everything. He was great at communication throughout and kept me in the loop constantly. I will be recommending to all my friends and again a big thank you to Todd and the team at Lennons for their efficiency and professionalism throughout!

After a shaky start, with our first buyer playing for time, not committing and pulling out of the purchase, we had to find a new buyer to complete on the sale of our house within a few months for tax residency requirements. Lennons were aware of the urgency and helped us to complete in time.

The only call I would make

I have recently completed my fourth transaction using Ros at Lennons as my conveyancing solicitor, two sales and two purchases with a few years between each. The level of care and diligence Ros as always shown means I would not even consider getting a quote from another solictor nevermind using them - regardless of any potential for cost savings. She is quick and detailed in her communication and her attention to detail is great. Ros is pragmatic when appropriate while keeping the interests of her clients central to how she operates when representing them and I have always had full trust in her views. While I have no plans to move again any time soon, if I did then Ros would be my first call.
