Ros and her team went above and beyond their remit to make both these tranactions as smooth and stress free as they could be. No hesitation in recommending Lennons, they are extremely professional but also very caring.

The only call I would make
I have recently completed my fourth transaction using Ros at Lennons as my conveyancing solicitor, two sales and two purchases with a few years between each. The level of care and diligence Ros as always shown means I would not even consider getting a quote from another solictor nevermind using them - regardless of any potential for cost savings. She is quick and detailed in her communication and her attention to detail is great. Ros is pragmatic when appropriate while keeping the interests of her clients central to how she operates when representing them and I have always had full trust in her views. While I have no plans to move again any time soon, if I did then Ros would be my first call.

Settlement of a Property
Settlement was a longer than expected process due to a request for a Deed of Variation to be undertaken. Throughout the process, I was always kept informed and provided with detailed advice. As this was my first such situation, I would, very much, like to thank Ros and Dianne for their friendly approach, knowledge, patience and consistent support.

Smooth and simple
Moving house is apparently one of the most stressful things you can do. The least stressful part of the whole process was dealing with Ros at Lennons (and Dianne for some parts). Ros was always so friendly, professional, clear and concise with her communications. She took a common sense approach and worked to timescales. If we were to move again we wouldn't hesitate to use Lennons and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Ros (and Dianne)

Really brilliant and exceeded all of our expectations
We feel very lucky to have received a recommendation to Ros Nolan at Lennons in Amersham and have been delighted with all aspects of the conveyancing process with her and her assistant Dianne Colman. From the first call I made to Lennons, Ros took the time to personally speak to me, showing interest in our needs and requirements. Her warm, attentive and engaged approach was reassuring from the off and we felt that we were in really safe, experienced hands with Ros. We had a great experience with Ros’s assistant Dianne too, who was consistently helpful, warm and responsive.
We found Ros to be professional but very approachable, realistic and pragmatic but also can-do, proactive and ambitious on our behalf regarding the conveyancing timelines we could achieve. She surpassed our expectations and achieved our dream timelines for us, for which we are so very grateful.
I particularly appreciated how helpful in real-time Ros was, talking things through with me in the moment where she could and responding in a timely fashion to our communications. I was so surprised at this and it set her miles apart from other conveyancing solicitors I have worked with where I never heard their voice once and I spent endless hours chasing emails I had sent for a response and updates! With Ros, things were actioned for us quickly when we made requests and on a number of occasions she had already proactively actioned these for us before I’d even asked.
We felt that the conveyancing process was well sign-posted, with high-quality, clear and thorough paperwork outlining what to expect. Ros approached things in a sensible, intuitive way meaning that the process was smooth with no surprises (only good ones!).
We’re very grateful to Ros for her brilliant work for us. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and we would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

The Perfect Conveyancer!
Ros, and her assistant Dianne, were excellent. They were communicative, timely, and efficient. The whole process - from start to finish - was stress free and without any problems. We would highly recommend their services and we will use them again in future when we need to go through the whole process again.

Advice You Can Believe In!
As property professionals, this was our first experience of working with Lennons Solicitors on a complex conveyance. Ros Nolan was recommended and introduced by a trusted source. With lengthy careers appointing solicitors, we have experienced both good service and the 'wall of silence'! Lennons felt like a breath of fresh air, an approachable firm with experienced personnel and the outstanding dedication of Ros was clear from the start. Despite the twists and turns of this sale, Ros managed every challenge in a calm, measured way, reflecting a depth of professionalism hard to rival in more than 20 years of property dealings. Her evenhandedness helped communication between all parties in the most strained and difficult of circumstances. Actions speak louder than words and we have already introduced Ros and the firm to two new clients, who require conveyancing over the next 8 months. sale and purchase of houses
From the start I was kept fully informed throughout the process by email, telephone or face-to-face meetings with Ros. Nothing was too much and throughout we had full confidence in her meeting our hope to move at the beginning of August 2024. This she achieved and subsequently contacted us to ensure all had gone according to plan. We recommend Lennons and Ros in particular. She made the process of selling and buying as smooth as was possible.
