Very difficult as had mixed experience. I would have liked direct contact with the solicitor in the beginning of the transaction.. I felt quite unimportant as a client.. she was an invisible entity but her assistant was really helpful.. and then solicitor helped too.
I feel special mention must be made of the Accounts gentleman in Glastonbury who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with bank issues. He, LITERALLY, stopped me from falling apart. Thank you.

People always blame the solicitors whn things go wrong with home purchases, but considering the trials we have faced with not 1 but 2 different (almost) purchases in the last 6 months!! With the most recent (and successful) purchase i think we put the offer in at the end of October and we have now exchanged and complete Friday 1st December- super quick and efficient! Hollie is a dream of a solicitor!! And Jackie and Jade have been amazing as well!
