We used Chris Tierney (head of Residential Conveyancing at Aston Bond) for the purchase of a residence in London. We found him (and Nicola Darby Paralegal and CRM) to be efficient, friendly and responsive. All property purchases have their own challenges but Chris and Nicola were patient with these and diligent in ensuring that our best interests were met. Unprofessional, money making firm that deserves to be promptly shut down!
Unfortunately we used this firm for a property matter and had to deal with their CEO, Stephen Puri who was one of the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent and unfriendly person we have ever come across. Because of their incompetent advice, we had to bear a loss of over £80,000! Avoid them at all costs!
