I had a complex commercial sale to complete on my business which was to be done in two parts. I approached Duncan Thomson who was not daunted by the task. We have just completed on the first part of the sale which involved overcoming numerous unseen obstacles causing me much stress and doughting that the sale would ever go through! But Duncan calmly and professionally overcame them all. It has given me great confidence that Aston Bond was a great choice and they will complete on the second part of the sale.

Conveyancing and creating management company for communal areas
Duncan Thomson and his assistant Jaspreet Kaur from Aston Bond Law Firm did a tremendous job in successfully completing the sale of our 5 new dwellings in Charvil. In our first meeting, Duncan explained to us the whole sale process which was easy to understand. They have always been very responsive when we had any queries. Real Estate law can be very confusing and as a Real Estate Developer, the firm helped us to carry out searches, helped us create management company for the communal areas for the site and draft all the relevant legal documents. They completed the sale transactions efficiently, especially as we were facing time constraints to avoid any further interest being charged by the lender. We will highly recommend Aston Bond Law Firm to potential developers, family and friends. We will be using them again in the next forthcoming projects.

Sale of commercial premises
I found Wafaa easy to deal with, efficient and speedy.
I set very tight deadlines and at no point did I have to chase her to move things along.
Great service. Would highly recommend.
