Fayyaz Alam a true professional

My son was represented by Fayyaz Alam from the Uxbridge Office who was super patient, thorough and professional throughout. His advice and experience together with his promptness, was of huge benefit to us during which was a difficult time. I would actually state that at times, it was like dealing with a friend who was a good listener and it felt like we had known Fayyaz for years. Never at any stage did we feel like we were 'spoken down to' despite our obvious naivety and lack of knowledge of the Court and legal system. That alone we further thank Fayyaz for and we would not have got through a very difficult period and rightful positive conclusion without his advice and guidance.

Really let me down

Was told ibb was going to represent me in court, the day before my hearing I chased them up as I hadn't heard a thing from them since. Was told I would be contacted with the name of the solicitor. I was never contacted. The day of my hearing no on showed and I was left on my own. Tried to calm them and was just left in hold.

Outstanding! Genuine! Excellent Customer Service and Customer Care

Excellent Service received from IBB Law Uxbridge. I would highly recommend Jennifer Lewin, an outstanding knowledgeable and professional defence solicitor who was able to help through complex health issues in a defence case. JL ensured my son had all the support/reasonable adjustments as and when needed throughout the case in and out of court. I would recommend IBB law, Jennifer and the team she works with as trusted legal defence professionals from head of chambers/barristers, admin staff and out of hours staff.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I had the sheer pleasure of being represented by Mr Fayyaz Alam in my court case that started at the Reading Magistrates Court and ended at Slough Magistrates Court. Mr Alam was diligent, articulate, simple, kind and very effective in disposing his duties. The outcome of my cases was more than I had anticipated. I am forever grateful to Mr Alam and, Alexandra at their offices. IBB Law and especially Mr Alam come highly, highly recommended. bless.

Park Home Purchase

I used IBB Law for my park home purchase, I went for the Gold package for extra piece of mind. Christina Barnes was my solicitor, a trainee Solicitor at the time. Christina's knowledge was superb, any questions on rules and regulations that I had she knew off the top of her head. I was always kept in the loop and any concerns were answered quickly and efficiently. Christian's work ethic was exemplary, my estate agent also commended her. Many thanks to Christina for the effort she put into getting my purchase through quickly and thoroughly.

Laurence Warnell was my conveyancer. The process started off well but then on the day I was to exchange contracts, Laurence contacted me to say I had to reschedule my completion date as they needed my mortgage offer to be reissued. IBB Law never warned me in advance that this would have to happen.
After this, communication from Laurence and IBB Law in general was very poor. I sympathise that my mortgage provider was being difficult for IBB Law to deal with but that doesn’t excuse them for not answering my emails for many days at a time and not reassuring me that they were trying everything they could. This became very stressful as time was running out until my revised completion date.
My estate agents got in touch with Judy from IBB Law and asked her to provide me with an update. She told them that they would call me on that day but I never received a call from them which I found quite rude.
The new mortgage offer came through so late that I only received the funds the day before my revised completion date, luckily just in time but this was uncomfortably close to having to delay again. Any later and I would have had to reorganise another completion date and possibly anger my seller, or the seller may have decided to pull out.
Laurence and IBB Law made the process far more stressful than it had to be, especially since I was a first time buyer and new to all of this. Not a pleasant experience, I would not use IBB Law again.

Jennifer Lewin is an outstanding knowledgeable and professional defence solicitor and comes across as a lovely caring lady too. JL represented my son, a young man who did have complex health issues in a complex defence case. She ensured my son had all the support and reasonable adjustments as and when needed throughout the case. I would recommend Jennifer highly, as a trusted legal defence professional who has links with head of chambers/barristers. I trust that JL will provide excellent customer service and genuine customer care.
