Jessica is a specialist family lawyer with over 12 years of experience. In this time, she has developed a broad practice in family matters with a particular specialism in financial matters for mid to High Net Worth cases. Jessica’s passion is to advise and support clients through their separation or divorce using a strategic and problem solving approach to help clients achieve their goals. Jessica is a strong proponent of using conciliatory, out of court approaches however if it becomes necessary to use the court process Jessica is ready to robustly argue her client’s case. Jessica advises in relation to pre and post nuptial agreements including nuptial agreements with multi jurisdictional issues. Jessica advises unmarried couples regarding cohabitation agreements and dealing with disputes regarding property for cohabitants. Jessica also advises on matters relating to children. In particular Jessica enjoys assisting parents with relocating with their child both inside the jurisdiction and abroad. Jessica is a member of Resolution, a network for legal professionals who are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
