I would not hesitate to recommend FDC Law and, in particular, Chloe Deng who dealt with my case. The firm provided conveyancing and the property was affected by the Building Safety Act. For this reason, many firms declined to deal or added a surcharge to the fee. FDC's fee was very reasonable and Ms. Deng was professional throughout as well as delivering the sale to my preferred target date.
