Lauren and Amy, great team
We had to sell a property that had lots of problems. Lauren was clear and open about what was involved and what it would cost to get the transaction done. She, and her assistant Amy, were always available to answer questions. They were professional and patient, even when their client became exasperated with the buyer’s sluggish approach. Thanks very much both. You did an excellent job.

Excellent service received
Following the death of my mother I approached FDC Law on the recommendation of a personal friend. Emma Williams was able to see me in Keynsham quite promptly. She took on the work required, with me able to drop any paperwork into the Midsomer Norton office. When my mother’s bungalow was sold Emma recommended Lauren Titheradge to do the conveyancing work. Both Emma and Lauren were so professional, efficient, kind and friendly. They took such a load off my shoulders. I would certainly recommend them with no hesitation. I’d also like to thank Sarah Mitchard for her help.The receptionists were also very helpful.
