ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE TO DEAL WITH... A BIG SHAMBLES OF A PLACE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... AVOID AT ALL COSTS THESE GUYS WILL HAVE U CHASING THEM AROUND AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TO PPLS CLAIMS ETC.. GOT DIRECTED TO INDIA AND AFRICA ON PHONE CALLS THEY DONT NO A WORD OF ENGLISH AND CLOSED MY CASE TOO ..... CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS A BACK ALLEY OFFICE...DODGY AS . CANT STRESS ENOUGHT TO AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS!!!

DLG were meant to represent a very straightforward litigation to recover funds from a rogue trader. However, DLG managed to tick every box for solicitor negligences. DLG had a succession of paralegals handling the case, and never any actual trained solicitors, and the results or rather the complete lack there of, and the remarkable legal incompetence subsequently showed. They had the case for two years, and yet somehow DLG, and DLG alone consistently failed to progress the case form the standard initial legal phases, and consequently due to DLG our case failed completely to progress.
DLG consistently missed fundamental and blatant opportunities and overlooked key evidence, and their advice was invariably contradictory.
We have now had to report DLG legal services to the legal ombudsman and the Solicitors regulatory authority, and I can’t warn people enough to stay well away from DLG.

FOUR Years and still no resolution to my Accident Claim!

At the time of writing it is FOUR years since I was rear ended in my car by another vehicle. Other party admitted total responsibility, yet after constantly chasing them up, being ignored and file being passed through numerous file handlers I am at my wits end! They cannot even get it right from one email to the next about what their next steps are, constantly get it wrong with information I have given them, don't respond to emails, lie about keeping you updated and have absolutely ZERO interest in getting a posaitive outcome for you in a reasonable amount of time. Shocking firm, shockingly apathetic staff and whoever looks after compliance and customer service should be taken out, put in a vehicle that gets hit and then have to use their own firm to progress the claim - then they would realise just how distressing and mentally draining their woeful service is to the people they are supposed to be representing!!

Dreadful Company to deal with I’ve had four different case handlers so far in 3 1/2 years
The third party admitted liability three years ago and DLG still haven’t concluded this case. awful communications never reply to emails promptly takes about four to six weeks if your lucky.

I was recently guided through my case by solicitor Riah Sattar, who provided all the help and advice I needed, responded quickly to all my emails and requests and recently settled my case. I would recommend Riah for a professional service and feel she played a big part in getting me a good outcome.

Terrible company. We lost our case because of our solicitors-DLG

Do not use this firm. It took over 6 years to get our personal injury claim to court. On the day our barrister made it clear he thought we would loose as so much evidence was missing from the file DLG had given him and the court. This was basic common sense evidence such as medical reports and evidence from the incident such as reports of repairs done after incident. During the 6 years we had to do all the chasing as our case was moved from one case handler to another or was just left when one went on maternity. One court date had to adjourned as DLG forgot to request some basic paperwork. This was after 5 1/2 years! Terrible company to deal with.

I had to leave my job and decided to take the company to court for unfair dismissal. I appointed DLG legal services to represent me and had Sarah Fairclough as my solicitor. She was very professional and felt with everything in a professional and timely manor. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable in the decisions I was making. I would definitely use her/them if I needed to in the future.
