Bad customer service
It's been 6 months since my accident and still waiting to be paid out. Customer service is very poor. I will not be using this company again

This is the worst insurance company I have ever been with, I would give 0 stars if I could! My accident happened 27th October 2022 and has still not been finalised. I was hit by a car and a truck from the rear on the motorway, not my fault and have been trying to get the injury claim sorted ever since but no one responds to me and the phone calls I finally have managed to get through to them they are so rude and unhelpful on the phone.

Can not seem to get through to speak to some one over the phone I have sent multiple emails to have no correspondence when I finally got through to some one I was asking for help and to an arrangement the person I was talking to was very arrogant , dismissive , rude and refused to let me speak with another colleague after telling the person over the phone i
How much off a joke it was they got more rude to the point I had to cancel the call through anger.

Ageas insurance was good price, but sadly i had a accident non fault other party admited full liability. Repairs went fine courtesy car was received fine. Then i started my personal injury claim with Ageas Law (Do not use) all appointments, forms, physio was completed, open and shut case full liability admitted by other insurer. Here iam 2 years later , all emails , calls get no response. If do get call answered your told handler not in and be called back.... never happens . Starting to think of other options to see if another company can takeover my case . April 2021 incident happened
Update reply below from ageas insurance which is no reflection on sister company ageas law . Used the advice given and phoned the numbwr provided which is a invalid number .... says it all reallly

What can I say no contact after numerous emails and phone calls. They never answer the phone I'm two years on from my accident and other party all ready except responsibility. It's crazy how you can not speak to anyone. Portal never moves and still no offer of compensation. Avoid at all costs

My car was damaged while parked by a motorcyclist. What should have been a straightforward third-party claim for the cost of the damage took over two years to settle, and then only after complaining to the Legal Ombudsman. Apart from the unwarranted delays (after making all reasonable allowances for disruption caused by the Covid pandemic), there appears to have been no effective monitoring of the performance of the claims-handling team, complaints were ignored and correspondence was lost. I must have spent 50-100 hours chasing them, to little effect. At one point, I was even compelled to contact the third party insurer direct to ascertain if they were responsible for the delay, as claimed by Ageas (they weren’t!). Although the claim was eventually settled, all I got from Ageas was a bland apology and derisory offer of compensation. All totally unsatisfactory. If your insurers refer your claim to this firm, I recommend that you ask for it to be transferred elsewhere – you could hardly do worse!

I know my claim was relatively minor, but the fact still remains that Ageas Law do not act unless threatened with a complaint to my insurance company. I have sent numerous emails now, many of which remain unanswered, and after many months of chasing I still only have half of my claim paid out.
Worth steering clear from if you have a choice.
