Dear Deborah, Thank you for your review. Rosamund Coppen retired around 4 years ago, all active clients received a letter from Rosamund Coppen at the time in accordance with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. I understand that you were not an active client, but you did have a Will was stored with Rosamund Coppen, free of charge, for a number of years. As required by law we continued to hold you Will in our secure off site storage, at a cost to us but no cost to you. When you made contact we retrieved your Will, also free of charge, without any issue or delay. As Rosamund Coppen was not named in your Will as the Executor, and there had been no recent communication with you, you were not considered an "active client" by Rosamund Coppen and there was no requirement for her to write to you to inform you that she had retired. Your Will remained safe and secure and available to you or your Executors via the same office and contact details at all times. Contrary to your review, you receive an apology both by telephoned with my colleague Beth but also with our covering letter enclosing your Will. I am at a loss as to why you would leave such a review against me when Weisberg Legal has not done anything wrong? Please let me know if you would like to discuss the matter further.
