Throughout our (somewhat complicated) remortgage, Katrina and the team at Burrows have been nothing short of excellent. Whenever I contacted them with a question or for clarification I received a very prompt and clear reply which allowed everything to run very smoothly. Excellent work from Katrina
I was lucky enough to be recommended Katrina as a first time buyer. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and Katrina was patient and communicative. If there were issues behind the scenes, they were resolved before they got to me.
I’ve heard many horror stories but that was not my experience at all. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
