We dealt with Katrina at Burrows and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She managed the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property seamlessly. Professionalism
Our experience with Katrina as first time buyers was great, even if other solicitors in the chain were not as helpful. Professionalism is the perfect word to describe working with her. From our first interaction until completion (and onwards) we had very fast responses from her with explanations for all the questions we asked. She also went above and beyond to make sure our LISA deposits arrived in time for a faster exchange. Will definitely do any future house transactions with her, and will recommend to all my friends.

Buying a house
My partner and i were first time buyers and did not know what we were doing. Katrina Whyard was excellent in helping us with this process. Katrina was professional, Knowledgeable and patient, clearly explaining the steps, terminology when we had questions and found the process confusing and/or overwhelming.
I feel Katrinas advice and service was valueable, 10 out of 10 and made this stressful time, less stressful. We have and will continue to recommend her services going forward.

Amazing service!
Katrina was amazing from start to finish, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. Responses to my emails were instant, I was able to call and speak to her when needed, and she even came and picked paperwork up from my address when passing, which truly went above and beyond. I felt advice was clear, and when I was unsure I felt comfortable asking for explanations so I always felt I understood each stage of the sale/purchase. I moved far sooner than I ever expected and that’s all down to Katrina’s efficiency throughout this process.
