I have just bought my first flat, and the estate agent recommended Daniel Woodman & Co, and put me in touch with Toby. I was very happy with the service I received. Toby and Annie were both very kind, and dealt patiently with my frequent questions - I was pretty clueless about the whole process, but they explained everything very clearly! When the process was delayed by a paperwork holdup in December, Toby kept me updated and ensured that everything went through before Christmas. I would definitely recommend them.

Good Conveyancers
I had a good experience with Daniel Woodman & Co solicitors from start to finish. They were generally very responsive and on the ball with chasing up enquiries. All of the staff were very friendly. There were no hidden costs and I think my final bill was actually a little less than what they initially quoted. I would recommend them as a conveyancer.

Conveyancing
Toby has been an incredible help during what was a troublesome house sale as part of a deceased estate. He was always prompt in replying and explaining things fully, and kept battling for us with a problem involving the land registry and a spurious entry on the title deed. I found him efficient, friendly, and approachable and very tenacious!
We are also using Charlie for my decease brother’s estate, whom I also have nothing but praise for. I have found Charlie an immense help and comfort during a very difficult year. It was not an easy estate to handle as there was no Will, and many strands to be resolved. Charlie is also handling my son’s divorce.

Sale of property for a friend
Toby, the solicitor who carried out the conveyancing for us, explained everything well, keeping us fully informed and helping us answer questions posed by the buyers solicitors. Although the sale took a little longer than we would have liked this was not attributable to Daniel Woodman. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a property in the future, their fees are also very reasonable compared to other local firms.
