Lawrence Stolworthy recently acted in the purchase of a property for us. As always, he was first class. He is dependable and thorough, explains things clearly and always replies promptly to emails. We needed Lawrence's expert advice on some legal sticking points and he helped us navigate through the difficulties with a steady hand. We felt confident with the decisions we had to make and Lawrence made the whole process much easier for us.
Our experience of other staff at Hart Brown has always been very good indeed. The firm's initial letter of agreement and other documents are thorough and we think their charges are fair.

Lawrence Stolworthy is by far the best conveyancer I have had, both as seller and as buyer. He is thorough and patient and very good to work with.
His supporting staff, including staff in the Accounts department and on Reception are also excellent.
The standard paperwork we have received from the firm has always been thorough and clear and money transactions have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The offices of Hart Brown are very pleasant for meetings - clean and modern.
And their fees are, in my view, competitive. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Lawrence made myself and my partner feel very positive and comfortable throughout the whole process. House Sale
