With a particular interest in the care sector, I have acted for the NHS as well as independent care providers. I advise clients on all aspects of employment ranging from day-to-day HR matters to cases in the Employment Appeals Tribunal. One of my areas of expertise is in discrimination, and in 2021 I appeared at the House of Commons Parliamentary Select Committee on Menopause and the Workplace. I am regularly asked to provide comment and opinion in the National media and have featured on BBC News, BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour, 5 Live, the Guardian, the Times amongst others. Outside of work I love spending time with my family. I spent four years living in Italy and am known for producing authentic Italian dishes.
