Outstanding
From the first contact I had with Karin I knew I was dealing with someone who was not only professional but also human.

Helpful & Honest Advice
During my legal process Karin remained professional, informative and I felt in control the whole time but under Karin’s guidance and knowledge she ran through all options and outcomes with me and answering any questions, which helped make decisions much easier to make taking a lot of the stress away from the situation and looking at facts. Invaluable support
We worked with Karin at Aeris on an issue which could become contentious. Her professionalism and knowledge helped to calm us from the start.
Karin took time to explain processes, options, how things could go, and different outcomes which could be achieved. Whilst always being on hand to provide advice, Karin listened to us and what we wanted to achieve and helped to put together something that achieved that.
If things were not going simply Karin was available more often, and was always approachable and quick to respond.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Karin and Aeris. She is now firmly in my address book.

Magnificent....and I don't say that about anyone :)
I moved to Aeris from another firm whom I was finding to be unresponsive; I find it hard when people don't get back to me at the best of times, but when I'm in a stressful and unfamiliar situation this makes it worse. Karin was everything I needed throughout the process; always prompt to reply, the calm voice of reason when I was having a bit of a rant, and, most importantly, someone with total mastery of her subject. Karin was always willing to tell me which bits I was capable of doing myself to avoid unnecessary cost and her approach throughout was "use me as much or as little as you need". I'm quite an exacting person.....not slow to complain when service falls short....so it only seems fair to counter that with a glowing review when someone goes above and beyond. If you need someone to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you in difficult times you should look no further.
