Since 07.23, Backhouse have been very supportive and informative regarding my Case and Sarina Hayes frankly couldn't be more supportive during this period.
Sarina continued to keep me informed and assuring to when it started to become stressful or even emotional, Sarina had nothing but support for myself. She would always run through everything before proceeding, advising next steps and was always available to contact in case of any further enquiries.
I also want to mention the employees in Reception were always welcoming and friendly towards me, with fast responses, understanding and great communication.
I honestly could not have negative things to say with Backhouse and particularly Sarina, who if anyone has for a case or matter, I would put 100% of my faith in her and the team.
I can't thank them enough for their support for myself in what was a very difficult and emotional period of my life.

I contacted Backhouse Solicitors to help with me with my settlement agreement. It was then I was introduced to Sarina Hayes who went through my entire agreement with a fine toothcomb and explained everything to me. During our consultation Sarina made me feel at ease and that I am in safe hands. I wanted to also thank Amy Crisp who was also available to answer any questions that had during the entire process. Thanks every so much.
Would recommend to anybody that requires a solicitor.

I highly recommend this great team for all there hard work and effort from my stressful times, I have had great success out of backhouse solicitors ; from my employment issues they kept me updated, all the way through the case.
