I got in touch with hay and kilner as my ex partner was taking me to court for access to his daughter due to situation I got fantastic advice and helped me achieve the child arrangements order in place so I don't need to worry about ex taking daughter away/out of country

Katie is an absolutely outstanding solicitor! She made my experience as easy as possible and helped me throughout With anything I did not understand. She got me the outcome I was hoping for and I could not of asked for more. She’s brilliant and I would and have recommended her to anyone who needs advice in her field.

I am leaving this review to express my thanks and gratitude to Katie Westgarth of Hays&Kilner who has helped me in a professional and friendly manner with my case.
I was really overwhelmed before the first meeting with her but she completely but me at my ease and explained the proceedings and paperwork to me so that I could understand what to me was over my head . She even accompanied me to the court case as I was intimidated by the system and certain people present,she wasn't paid for this and did it she said as she likes to see good people get justice
I would not hesitate to use this firm again in future I'd I need further help
