Jennifer Wallace is an asset to Thompsons

Jennifer handled a very difficult and emotional case for myself and my parents recently and I honestly can’t thank her enough for her approach and professionalism.
She was very empathetic and understanding of our situation, very thorough and detailed, and her communication was excellent.
I have to say that prior to her involvement my case was handled by a different solicitor at Thompsons and my experience was very poor, with very little communication or progression.
Jennifer took over the case and was very quickly on the phone to me clarifying the case and position and in all honesty restored my confidence in Thompsons, and for the first time I actually felt like someone cared. Jennifer listened to me, and did everything she said she would. She regularly updated me and followed-up on our case and was able to reach a very very fair settlement. Jennifer - on behalf of my parents and I, we are incredibly grateful and I would like to say Thank You for your professional approach and the kindness shown when talking with me. We wish you all the best.

Jennifer took over my case and dealt with it amazingly. She always kept me really informed and up to date with details and if I didn’t understand anything, helped me make sense of it. Couldn’t thank Jennifer enough, would recommend Thompsons Solicitors to anyone as they made the process as a whole a breeze and were very supportive.
