House Purchase
Millie Holliss & Adam Tozer were excellent support with our house purchase in Looe, we received regular updates on progress with our purchase and our questions were answered quickly and with a good level of detail.

Excellent communication throughout our house purchase

Considerate and efficient service
Bright handled both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new house skilfully and efficiently. We felt they were also very good value for money.
As our first sale had previously fallen through they were extremely empathetic of our situation and this was reflected in their advice and costings.
We would especially like to mention and thank Adam Tozer and Millie Hollis who handled our sale, Katy Owen and Amy Pfeil who dealt with our purchase and Julie Milton for her advice.

Purchase of my first flat
Adam and Millie were amazing! Being a first time buyer having no clue about purchasing a property they made it effortless in the way they handled everything. Always talking time to explain and help in any way. They were always chasing up the sellers solicitors for information and always had the answers to my questions. Can't honestly falt them. Fantastic!

Selling my flat
Millie and Adam were very good at dealing with my case. It was difficult being leasehold. The management company and the buyers solicitor were very unhelpful but Millie and Adam kept going and finally made happen. Many thanks.
