Preparation of wills (Husband + wife)
Our wills were drafted following three in depth meetings (with Fred Maltby) , which explored the various elements, possibilities, provisions and considerations relating to the preparation of our wills. We are very pleased with the outcome and would heartily recommend Boys & Maughan.

Apply for a Grant of Probate
The process was clearly explained to me, by Fred, at the start and the various costs were also stated. He also gave me an indication of the timescale.
