I had an extremely turbulent, emotional, and stressful time with my previous employer. This led to a settlement agreement, which led me to use the services of Quay Legal.

Fantastic support with an upsetting employment situation

Excellent support to Whistleblowing & Constructive Dismissal Case
David Thomas at Quay Legal represented me in a long running and complex whistleblowing case against my former employers. The case involved multiple protected disclosures, detriments to a whistleblower and constructive unfair dismissal. David was approachable, provided great support and calmly dealt with the "difficult" approach taken by the respondent's solicitor in this case. I could not have navigated the complexities of employment and whistleblowing law without David's support. Throughout the case, David provided sagely advice working closely with me and our barrister to achieve a successful outcome at the employment tribunal and then negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement.

Great legal advice, clearly put and very helpful
I contacted the team as I was in need of some relatively short notice on some revisions to my terms and conditions of employment. The team took the time to understand what it was that I was after and then provided exactly the advice and legal support that I needed. They explained the process and costs very clearly and even responded at very short notice when I needed to speed up my timelines.
