Meeting individual needs and providing personalised solutions
We were very pleased with the service received from Boys and Maughan and felt throughout that our priorities and preferences were being accorded all due respect and catered for carefully. The solicitor who took things forward for us, Rebecca Buckley, strikes just the right balance between crediting clients with a capacity for intelligent choice and saving them from elementary errors to which anyone not versed in the law is prone to. She informed myself fully about our particular situation and, rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all solution to our testimony dilemmas, sought out - and advised - upon - the best available options. We wouldn't have wanted matters to proceed at a faster pace because it seems important to leave space for deliberation and scope for changes of mind along the way. In our case we found our pleasure and relief that the consequent redrafting of documents incurred no additional costs.

Efficient will writing process.
