Jo Simpson & her team have recently helped me with conveyancing. Both the purchase of my new home & the sale of my old home were not straight forward. The delays were caused by third parties & not by John M Lewis. Despite the delays, I always found Jo & all members of staff helpful, kind & professional. We have recently used John M Lewis for our house move and were extremely happy with everything they did. Due to the fast responses and detailed information it allowed our move to go through smoothly and quickly with no hiccups.
I will definitely be recommending them to other people we know who are planning on moving house. A special mention to Jo who was our assigned conveyencer, who dealt with all our queries. Great company all round.
