Jo Simpson & her team have recently helped me with conveyancing. Both the purchase of my new home & the sale of my old home were not straight forward. The delays were caused by third parties & not by John M Lewis. Despite the delays, I always found Jo & all members of staff helpful, kind & professional. Jo was very obtainable & made me feel we were all working together in my best interests. Thank you so much.

We have recently used John M Lewis for our house move and were extremely happy with everything they did. Due to the fast responses and detailed information it allowed our move to go through smoothly and quickly with no hiccups.
I will definitely be recommending them to other people we know who are planning on moving house. A special mention to Jo who was our assigned conveyencer, who dealt with all our queries. Great company all round.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Jo and her team (Karen, Angela etc) delivered a professional but also personal experience, dealing with my sale and purchase. Jo and her team worked overtime to put everything in place for us to move before Christmas and worked with a difficult chain to ensure we could get the move completed. I would 100% go with John M Lewis again, I went with them from a recommendation and will also be recommending to friends and family. Thanks to the John M Lewis team!

10/10 Service!
Jo, Karen and the team were absolutely brilliant in helping get our purchase over the line. We faced issue after issue during our first home purchase however, the team were able to keep on top of every problem that cropped up, always sorting in a professional and efficient way. They were always quick to respond to any queries and patient with us whenever we needed to chase anything externally. We couldn’t have done this without them and would 100% recommend their services.
