Recommendation
I have only used the services of Clough & Willis on two occasions in relation to company matters. I was most impressed with the initial advice offered to my original query which was given as free advice. During my initial contact with Clough & Willis it was pointed out that the company's Articles of Association were out of date. New Articles were prepared and approved by the shareholders and submitted by Clough & Willis on our behalf.
